Product Summary
The 74LS132 is a low power schottky. The device contains four 2-Input NAND Gates which accept standard TTL input signals and provide standard TTL output levels. The device is capable of transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitterfree output signals. Additionally, the 74LS132 has greater noise margin than conventional NAND Gates. Each circuit of the 74LS132 contains a 2-input Schmitt trigger followed by a Darlington level shifter and a phase splitter driving a TTL totem pole output. The Schmitt trigger uses positive feedback to effectively speed-up slow input transitions, and provide different input threshold voltages for positive and negative-going transitions.
Parametrics
74LS132 absolute maximum ratings: (1)VCC, Supply Voltage: 4.75 to 5.25V, 5.0V typ; (2)TA, Operating Ambient Temperature Range: 0 to 70℃, 25℃ typ; (3)IOH, Output Current — High: –0.4 mA max; (4)IOL, Output Current — Low: 8.0mA.
